Complex Care

Our Complex Care service supports individuals living with long-term health conditions or recovering from serious illness, injury or surgery. Carers receive specialist training to manage conditions such as Acquired Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Learning Disabilities, Post-Polio Syndrome and Spinal Cord Injuries. They are skilled in tasks including PEG feeding, catheter care, bowel care and tracheostomy management.

We work alongside families, doctors and specialist nurses to create detailed care plans that respect your goals, preferences and clinical needs. Our focus is on enhancing quality of life, promoting independence and ensuring safe, comfortable care at home. With ongoing monitoring and support, we provide reassurance, continuity and compassionate clinical assistance right where you feel most secure.
